Mission
         To bring science information with emphasis on Nigeria to the fingertips of all Nigerians; provide a forum for the different generations and specialization of Nigerian scientists the world over to share information, form linkage and cooperate between themselves and with accomplished foreign scientists on science related matters for the benefit of Nigeria and mankind; create a platform for the Nigeria youth scientists to interact with Nigerian government and national and international scientific bodies in order to contribute into science policies and decisions that affect them.

     Vision
        To evolve generations of Nigerian scientists that are up to date in scientific knowledge and carrying out their profession in an atmosphere that permit maximal contribution to the scientific and technological development of Nigeria and its environment for the benefit of mankind.
