Members may not copy,reproduce, distribute, or create derivative work from this content. A violation of any of the rules is a ground for discontinuation of the membership by Nicoys.Net.Ng.

4.Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at members own discretion and risk and Nicoys.Net.Ng is not responsible for any damage to member ?s computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by any Member from us or through or from the service will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

5.Service changes and discontinuation. Nicoys.Net.Ng reserve the right to change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service at any time without notice. In other to maintain the security and integrity of the service we may also suspend member?s access to the service at any time without notice. Member agree that we will not be liable to the member or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service. This agreement is personal to the member and the member may not assign it to anyone.
